What a week. The first week of one pot cooking went well. Now that I am Xweighted challenge I really have to step up my cooking as well and try to make these recipes taste good, be healthy simple and frugal. Now onto the menu of the week:
Monday- Southwest Chicken Skillet
Tuesday-Slow Cooker Minestrone Casserole
Wednesday-Crunchy Tuna Pasta
Thursday- left overs
Friday- Cheese Pizza and salad
Saturday-Cheesy Egg and Rice Bake
Sunday-Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
