Thanks for tweeting the link to your post. Your story is so wonderfully written with thanks and love. Your journey was full of bumps along the way, but look at the great person you have become. Keep going Hollie. The best is yet to come :)

Gail's "'Til Debt Do Us Part" was a show that I always used to avoid because I was afraid it would remind me of how much debt (mostly student but definitely not all) I'm carrying around.

It was my boyfriend that finally got me hooked on it and it may very well have been the greatest thing to have happened to me.

The number one lesson I've learned it that getting out of debt doesn't have to take forever, nor does it have to consume our lives. Gail's lessons have shown me how to better prioritize my spending and how to develop a plan to get me out of debt fast than I ever believed possible.

The biggest thing i have learned is that I really have
Control over my finances , as long as you start really
Looking at what you spend . We all work hard for our
Money and we should know where its going.

The biggest money lesson I learned was don't buy it if you don't have the money in the bank. I love saving up for what I want, and it feels good to buy things debt free.

Now if only I could do that with a home... ;)
